Data Deletion Instructions

Movadly respects your right to control your personal information.

This page explains how to ask Movadly to delete personal information we hold about you, including information we receive when you connect a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account to Movadly.

Send your request through our Contact page at https://movadly.com/contact with the subject "Data deletion request".

Please include:

The email address or phone number linked to your Movadly account

The company or workspace name, if you have one

The WhatsApp number, Facebook Page or Instagram account involved, if your request relates to a connected Meta account

You can remove Movadly's access to your Meta account at any time.

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Select Movadly Connect OS and choose Remove.

A workspace admin can also disconnect a WhatsApp number in Movadly under Connect OS, WhatsApp.

Removing access stops Movadly from receiving new information. To delete information already stored, please also send a deletion request.

When we complete your request, we delete the personal information and access tokens linked to it, including stored contact details and messages associated with your account or connected Meta account.

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, or where they are needed for security, fraud prevention, tax or accounting. These records are kept only for as long as needed.

We will confirm that we have received your request and aim to complete it within 30 days.

We may need to confirm your identity before deleting information, to protect your account from requests made by someone else.
